Living in the Apartment:

• We do not make a separate charge for cleaning. We clean the apartment before your arrival and we expect you to leave it as you find it, in a clean and tidy condition.
• Everyone accidently breaks or spills something at some time. If this happens to you, please tell us straight away so that we can take action. Similarly, if something doesn’t work, please tell us, so we can get it fixed. On changeover day there is not enough time to attend to major stains or broken appliances.
• A vacuum cleaner and other cleaning materials are available.
• We require visitors to remove their outdoor shoes when entering our apartments. It is a good idea to bring your own indoor footwear.
• We provide all bed linen. If you stay for longer than 7 nights we provide a change. If you need a warmer duvet, more pillows or a warm blanket, please ask.
• We provide one large towel, one small towel and a flannel for each person, with a change after 7 nights.
• There is a washing machine at the bottom of our internal staircase. We charge €3 euros per wash.
• In the colder months you can control the heating by turning the valves on each radiator.
• In summer we provide pedestal fans for cooling.
• Terrace and Gazebo Apartments: A wood-burning stove is available. Instructions are in the apartments and logs are available from the woodshed outside.

Cooking:

• We provide everything you need for cooking meals using the ceramic electric hob, the convection oven or the microwave.
• Balcony Apartment: The Microwave oven is “Multi-functional”. It has microwave, grill and convection (hot air) functions. Simple instructions are in the apartment. Full instructions are available if you wish to use its more complex programmable functions.
• There is a charcoal-burning barbecue in the garden, shared by all guests.



Technology:

• To access the free WiFi : The Network name and Password will be provided at check-in.
• The flat-screen TV receives about 200 cable channels.
• Terrace Apartment: Channels are selected via a “set-top box” that has its own remote control unit. Instructions are in the apartment.
• Balcony and Gazebo Apartments: Channels are selected directly from the TV remote control unit.
